Your Instructor

Welcome to Lake Tahoe's Sky Venture! My name is Travis Riebesell. I am a Certified FAA Flight Instructor for Weight Shift Control Aircraft. I am also a Light Sport Repairman (LSRM) authorized to maintain and repair these wonderful aircraft. I also have experience in gyrocopter and paramotor and have flown in numerous countries around the world. My love of flying has been in my bones since a young age. I have been flying "trikes" since 2010 and love to share this wonderful experience with you in one of the most beautiful places in the world to fly! In the off season you can find me in Asia working as a dive instructor in Thailand or Indonesia!
